A registered office address is required by law so that official mail – eg. from Companies House or the Inland Revenue – can be reliably forwarded to your company. The address is often different to the company’s main place of business and must be shown on the company’s stationery. A company’s registered office must always be an address within the jurisdiction in which it is registered eg. England and Wales or Scotland.

Our Registered Office Service is provided under Agreement and an annual subscription of £250 + VAT.
