One copy of the memorandum and articles
Completed first board minutes and statutory registers.
Name Protection Company (Full Service) £500 plus VAT
As above, but also including:-
Provision of registered office address
Provision of company secretary (if required)
Preparation and filing of dormant company accounts
Preparation and filing of annual returns
Maintenance of statutory registers.
