Our Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) team specialise in recovering losses not normally covered by insurance policies, where the loss is someone else’s fault. Typically, these losses arise as a result of road traffic accidents and can include policy excess, repair costs, hire of alternative transport, damage to clothing, damage to premises, personal injury, and any other miscellaneous losses.
Our dedicated team assist corporate clients and private individuals alike and aims to ensure a hassle free claims process that is efficient and cost effective. The team has a number of specialist claims handlers who deal with ULR claims that require a “no win, no fee” arrangement.
In the majority of cases, we recover your losses at no cost to you. Recently we have expanded our service in this area and act for a number of major brokers and insurers.
