Should a claim be litigated, our team of experienced court practitioners can effectively manage cases through the court process whether they be in Sheriff courts throughout Scotland, or in the Court of Session.
We're part of your team...
In Health & Safety Prosecutions, we represent clients if prosecuted for a regulatory breach through all stages of the process from the service of an improvement notice to Trial. We work together to achieve the best all round resolution to the dispute.
No case is too big or too small for our team who have years of experience handling all sorts of cases including:
- Employer liability claims - from stress at the workplace to a broken finger nail!
- Public liability claims - from simple slips and trips to occupiers’ liability cases.
- Road traffic – from civil claims for personal injury and property damage to criminal prosecutions.
- Fatal Accident Inquiries – from practical guidance from the initial accident, through the investigation and procedural aspects of the Hearing, to representation at a Fatal Accident Inquiry itself.
Our goal is to work with our clients to help manage the possible legal implications from health and safety issues. We aim to keep clients abreast of changes that might affect them and provide newsletters on key developments, run seminars on a range of topics, and provide bespoke training on specific issues when necessary.
