If you are involved in the planning process in any way, then this seminar is for you. The planning system is going through a period of substantial change, which will have a significant impact on all those involved from developers to surveyors.
This seminar will summarise the key changes and highlight their practical consequences including those affecting missives and option agreements. Section 75 agreements will also be discussed with particular reference to changes in relation to the "planning gain" regime.
