The aviation sector within Scotland continues to attract major inward investment from major global corporations. This ongoing confidence builds on Scotland’s leading reputation in aerospace which started back as far as 1915 when aircraft and component-part production started in this country.
Since then, there have been a number of changes within the sector, but Scotland still plays host to many of the largest global aviation businesses.

Loganair operates many of the internal air services in Scotland under a British Airways franchise and also operates in Ireland.
