- Union Square Developments Limited (joint venture involving Stannifer and Hammerson) on a 500,000 square foot Shopping Centre and Leisure Scheme in Guild Street, Aberdeen.
- Investment deals involving Igal Ahouvi for a cumulative value in excess of £50,000,000.
- Stannifer's sale of Kirkcaldy Retail Park to Hammerson plc.
