Richard is a partner in our commercial property department. He has a wealth of experience of all commercial property matters most notably as a result of his experience working in a London Law firm where he attained dual qualification which permits him to continue to practice on English Law matters. His extensive experience focuses on all main areas of commercial property but with particular emphasis on site assembly and development, healthcare property development, secured lending for institutional clients, real estate matters for telecommunications' clients, and portfolio acquisition, management and disposal.
As a result he is regularly involved in cross border transactions as well as managing the UK real estate portfolios of some of the firm's major clients.
