Peter is a partner in our property department and has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial property and particularly the development, letting, purchase and sale of retail and mixed use developments, representing both owners and occupiers. Peter's client base includes a number of international retailers such as Starbucks, New Look, Habitat and Benetton who operate in Scotland and whom he has represented in relation to store acquisitions in many of Scotland's major shopping centres and retail parks and in high street locations.
Peter has, from July 2010, been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Commercial Leasing Law.
Peter is committed to establishing and maintaining close working relationships with clients and to the delivery of a high quality service with a strong commercial awareness of clients’ needs and objectives.
Outwith the office environment, Peter is a keen cyclist, plays tennis and uses the local gym. He also devotes time and energy to his committee membership of the Spifox Too Charity.
