Neil is a partner in our Property Department. He deals mainly with commercial property matters, including property finance, commercial property purchase and sale, commercial development, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio acquisition and disposal. Neil acts for various clients in relation to the funding, site acquisition, development and onwards letting of hotel, office and industrial premises.
Neil is qualified in both Scottish and English law and has acted for many clients dealing with site acquisiton and development, leasing matters and funding issues in both Scotland and England, either as part of related transactions or as stand-alone, one-off deals.
Neil also continues to act for various SIPP and SASS funds in the acquisition of commercial property and also advises various lenders providing funding to SIPP/SASS.
