As a Partner of over twenty-five years standing in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, David has gained a reputation in administrative law, judicial review and director disqualification work.
He also has particular expertise in child law, having represented the Reporter to the Children’s Panel for many years. In 1993, David qualified as a Mediator and is currently accredited as a Mediator by the Law Society of Scotland.
Additionally, in 1995, David qualified as a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience which enable him to represent clients before the Court of Session and the House of Lords.
David's sound advice and mature guidance are sought out by clients and work colleagues alike.
