Damien has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters including company and asset acquisitions/disposals, AIM listings, joint ventures, equity investments, debt funding, corporate re-organisations and general company work. He is recognised for his proactive, pragmatic and commercial approach and his clients cover a wide range of sectors and include PLC’s and private companies, partnerships, owner-managed companies, entrepreneurs, funders, shareholder groups and investors.
Damien also regularly advises all classes of stakeholders on corporate restructuring, turnaround and insolvency matters. He acts for directors of companies in distressed circumstances leading to debt and/or equity restructuring; distressed business disposals and handling formal insolvencies He also acts for administrators, receivers and liquidators and represents the interests of lenders and unsecured creditors in restructurings and/or formal insolvencies.
Damien is a key member of our Healthcare Team and our Life Sciences Team having represented clients in these sectors for more than 10 years
