Since 1992, Colin has specialised in pensions law and practice and the provision of Trustee Services. He is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in pensions law and is a Director of Moat Pensions Limited, a company providing independent pension trustee services.
His experience includes advising on the pensions aspects of takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and sales of employers. Colin also advises on pensions aspects of insolvency and pensions related contentious matters. He has extensive experience in reporting on and preparing pension scheme documentation, interpreting statutory provisions governing pensions and trusteeship services.
