Chris is a partner in our commercial property department. He has a wide ranging experience in commercial property matters including advising investors and lenders on the Scottish aspects of cross-border transactions. Chris has significant experience in representing property investors in acquisitions, disposals and asset management. Chris regularly advises UK lenders and licensed trade operators. He advises developers on site acquisition/assembly and development matters. Chris has represented clients in the Healthcare Sector for more than 10 years (ranging from Healthcare PLCs to Dental and Medical Practices) and is a key member of our Healthcare Team.
Chris is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
