Recent transactions include acting for: Barrett Corporation in relation to its reverse takeover of Freeplay Energy plc; Allanwater Development Limited on the sale of Allan Water plc; General Practice Group in its joint venture with AWG, Kenmore Property Group on its sale of 16 subsidiaries to a listed fund and Aortech International plc for its £5million fundraising on AIM.
