Commended for his pragmatic problem-solving approach, Brent is an experienced commercial litigator with more than fifteen years' experience in handling complex cases in various jurisdictions. One of our four solicitor advocates, his caseload is primarily in the Commercial Court of the Court of Session. His work covers all aspects of a modern business.
Brent and his team have a case load which deals with:
- Contractual disputes.
- Company and partnership issues.
- Disputes in the Pension Industry.
- Property disputes.
In addition to this main line of commercial work, Brent also has an expertise in both media and intellectual property.
Outside of the office, Brent is a keen runner, having completed 15 marathons with the best time of 2 hours 46 minutes.
