With over twenty years' experience in civil litigation, primarily in the Sheriff Courts of Scotland, Alison’s track record encompasses successful commercial litigation with an emphasis on professional negligence and recovery including insolvency and debt collection. She is also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Commercial Mediator and has been involved in many successful mediations.
Alison is on the Panel of Solicitors appointed by the Law Society of Scotland Master Policy Insurers to represent Solicitors in professional negligence cases. Another area of keen interest to her is risk management, not only for Solicitors but for other professionals.
She is a popular and well-known face in Scottish legal circles having previously worked in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dumfries.
