Susan is responsible for the HR function across both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices. Susan has over 10 years experience in this role and is now responsible for all HR related tasks within the firm. Susan is supported by an HR Administration Assistant and reports directly to the Managing Partner, Alasdair Peacock.
Susan is dedicated to ensuring that the HR function supports the needs of everyone within the firm and that HR matters are dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Susan’s tasks are varied and include all aspects of Recruitment, Compensation/Benefits, reviewing and advising on policy/procedure, Graduate Opportunities and pretty much anything else that comes up!
