Alasdair is responsible for the financial management of the firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 12 years' experience within the legal profession having previously worked in a similar role in London.
In addition to financial matters, Alasdair has an involvement in strategic and other key management areas. He works closely with the Managing Partner, Derek Ellery, to improve the firm’s performance and he supports the heads of department to provide direction and ensure that the firm continues to grow in a profitable and effective manner.
Alasdair is also involved in all partner related issues and has a keen involvement in the development of the firm’s financial reporting systems. He has spoken on a number of occasions at external events on topics such as Law Firm Management and Money Laundering.
