Rachel is an Associate in our Banking and Finance Team. She acts for both lenders and borrowers in a variety of funding transactions including syndicated and bilateral loans involving general corporate lending, acquisition and project finance.
She has acted for many of the main UK based funders such as Clydesdale Bank plc, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Bank of Scotland plc as well as a number of foreign banks, building societies and bridge finance companies.
Recent deals have included acting for the Clydesdale Bank plc on the lending side of a non disclosed acquisition and for Kenmore Property Group on the negotiation of its funding arrangements for a European based joint venture structure.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys football (watching not playing), eating out, holidays at home and abroad and hill walking.
