Lynne has over 10 years' experience in commercial property work and deals on a day to day basis with a full range of commercial property matters including leasing for both landlords and tenants, development work, security work, portfolio management, telecoms, acquisitions and disposals for a wide variety of clients from major blue chip companies to individual private investors. Lynne is also regularly involved in providing Scottish property support on a wide range of Scottish, UK and international corporate and security transactions.
In addition, during her time with Biggart Baillie, Lynne has set up the property department's style bank with a full range of template documents for use in connection with property transactions and was involved in implementing the same in a way which maximised their effectiveness to the legal, secretarial and IT staff.
Lynne qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and was appointed as an Associate with the firm in 2000.
