Lindsay joined Biggart Baillie in 2003 and is an Associate in our dispute management team, based in our Glasgow office.
She undertakes general civil and commercial dispute management and has considerable experience in relation to a wide range of civil court matters both in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. Lindsay has particular expertise in relation to professional negligence claims and corporate litigation and has advised clients in relation to a number of high value and complex matters.
Lindsay’s goal is to provide clear and concise advice to clients with a view to resolving disputes as quickly and economically as possible.
