Euan is an associate in our corporate department and has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, investments, commercial contracts, reconstructions, corporate recoveries and dealing with insolvencies.
He advises a wide range of clients, including Marine Harvest (Scotland) and ScottishPower, and is experienced in providing advice to all types of organisations including public bodies, start-ups, partnerships, investors and funders.
Euan also has significant experience in the hotels, leisure and tourism sectors. He advises a number of clients in those sectors including VisitScotland, various hotel owners and operators including Premier Inn and Apex Hotels, service providers such as Zonal Retail Data Systems and funders such as The Co-Operative Bank, National Westminster, RBS and Clydesdale Bank.
