Euan is an associate in the corporate department and advises clients upon a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. These include acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reconstructions, shareholders agreements, venture capital and commercial contracts. He works for a broad range of clients including Amazon.com, Inc, Rock Steady Security, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, Falkirk Football Club and ScottishPower.
Additionally, Euan has experience of advising a number of lenders and borrowers in relation to secured lending and other banking transactions. He has recently advised Clydesdale Bank plc in connection with the debt funding of corporate acquisitions.
