Derek has recently joined Biggart Baillie LLP as an Associate in our Infrastructure, Environment & Transport Department. Prior to joining us Derek had been a Partner in private practice. He had also worked extensively in the public sector both at the NHS and Glenrothes Development Corporation.
He has a wide breadth of experience in areas such as construction, PFI/PPP Dispute resolution and commercial property. Derek has completed several PFI transactions in the health sector and has advised several major companies in complex commercial disputes. When not working Derek enjoys golf and hill-walking.
