Debbie is one of our Senior Commercial Litigators handling a case load in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts. She is also one of our four Solicitor Advocates.
A large proportion of Debbie’s case load covers contractual disputes, company and partnership issues and disputes in the pension industry. Debbie is committed to providing pragmatic and commercially aware advice in relation to the disputes which affect modern businesses.
Her other area of expertise in personal injury and health & safety law where she regularly advises insurers and organisations in relation to employers liability, public liabilty and occupiers liability claims as well as regulatory offences. She also has experience of representing clients at Fatal Accident Inquiries.
