David joined Biggart Baillie’s property department in 2005. He is experienced in a broad range of commercial property transactions.
David's main areas of work include advising developers on new commercial and residential developments, handling purchases, sales and management of investment properties for both investors and their lenders, and advising retail occupiers in the acquisition of new premises and the management of their property portfolios.
He also advises our clients in the transport sector on the property aspects of their business, and is experienced in providing advice and support in the property aspects of corporate transactions.
