Chris joined our corporate team in 2000 and is based in our Glasgow office.
He is experienced in a wide range of corporate finance and general corporate work including acquisitions and disposals, investments, AIM listings, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and business start-ups. He also works with the firm's banking team.
Chris' experience covers a broad range of business sizes and sectors and recent deals include:
- the purchase of the entire issued share capital of Merlin McFlys Limited;
- the restructuring of Caledonian MacBrayne; and
- the flotation of i-mate plc on AIM.
