Carol joined Biggart Baillie as in 2006 as Corporate Tax Associate. She has considerable experience in corporate tax matters with a particular interest in VAT and the taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on Share Incentive Schemes.
Carol has acted for a wide variety of clients - including both quoted and unquoted companies, local authorities and UK registered charities.
In addition to being a qualified solicitor, Carol is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Scotland, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
