Biggart Baillie scoops Commercial Property Team of the Year at Scottish Law Awards 2011

In recognition of outstanding performance in the commercial property arena over the past 12 months, leading Scottish law firm Biggart Baillie, was crowned ‘Commercial Property Firm of the Year’ at the Scottish Law Awards 2011 ceremony held on 8th September in Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel.
David Ratter, Joint Head of the Commercial Property Department at Biggart Baillie, said the award reflected the strong client focus and commitment of the commercial property teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow. “Our success is not based on any individual, but on superb teamwork and everyone within the commercial property department is part of this success”
The independent panel of judges reviewed a number of submissions in each category and were particularly impressed by Biggart Baillie’s commercial and retail property performance. The 2011 judging panel was chaired by Des Browne MP.
