Corporate and property specialists at leading law firm, Biggart Baillie advised Sandyholm the sale to Dobbies Garden Centres for £8m.

Located at Crossford in Lanarkshire, the garden centre comprises some 36,000 square feet of retail space including a coffee shop situated on a nine acre site. Sandyholm has been a family run business for over 40 years and last December reported sales of £5.8m and a net profit before tax of £1.1m for the year.
