Our KM strategy combines the expertise of our Professional Support Lawyers (PSLs), our Library and Information Service and the IT Department. Through it we devise ways of working smarter and sharing knowledge and experience more easily, of improving our training and communication, of sharing information about our expertise and our specialist areas to improve our working relationships as well as our client service.
By encouraging communication and strengthening both internal and external relationships, KM supports Biggart Baillie in our general philosophy of Taking Business Personally.
